Custom and personalized orders
We can do custom and personalized orders. Send us a message and we can get back to you with a mock up for your approval. This may be slightly more than the listing price. Discounts are available for bulk orders.
Do you ship to Brazil?
Yes we do but we require your email address and CPF number in order to do so. There isn’t a place for this in Etsy so you will have to message it to us.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping and packaging are available for certain items but not all. Message me if you want this for a particular product.

Why are prices so high?
Shipping costs right now are really high as well as fees associated with the store, products, advertising… it’s hard just starting out.
We put a lot of time, energy and creativity into our designs and we are providing unique one of a kind work.
I do end up giving a lot of what we make as gifts to residents, medical students and kids. We don’t make much of a profit doing this and that’s not why we do it. But eventually we want to be able to branch out and also donate profits to our favorite charities. We have started donating to the World Wildlife Fund.

Packaging
Whenever possible I do try to use recycled and or biodegradable packing materials! Especially fragile items like glassware will be packed as best that I can and insurance will be required. You will have to submit a claim if the item arrives broken.
